We follow Google Cloud and Google Workspace Marketplace requirements and only request the minimum permissions needed to deliver the service.

• Account information: email address, display name, profile photo (from Google) for authentication and account display.
• Usage data: tracking pixel metadata you generate (e.g., subject preview, recipient email), pixel status (generated/sent/opened), open counts, and subscription status.
• Technical logs: limited logs (timestamps, IP inferred by infrastructure, user agent) to secure and operate the service.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Gmail add-on and billing dashboard.
• Authenticate you (SSO) and manage subscription tiers/quotas.
• Show analytics (e.g., open events) for the pixels you generate.
• Prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers acting as processors (e.g., Supabase for database and authentication, hosting providers for infrastructure) under data processing agreements, and as required by law.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security controls, role-based access, and encryption in transit. Access to production data is strictly limited. Despite safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data, subject to required retention.

Your Choices & Controls

• Revoke Gmail add-on permissions at any time from your Google Account.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• Disable or uninstall the add-on to stop further data collection.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in data centers outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
